Cancellations

We know that life can be unpredictable, and that sometimes schedules shift, emergencies arise, or energy levels fluctuate. We do our best to remain flexible and understanding. This policy ensures that we can maintain fairness and availability for all clients in need of our help, while protecting the time and preparation that goes into each appointment and program.

  1. Notice requirement. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any paid service sessions. This penalty does not apply to consultations or check-in meetings. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $35 fee, automatically charged to the card on file or added to your total balance. This helps us maintain availability for other clients in need of our help.

  2. Missed sessions. No-shows or same-day cancellations of multi-session programs are considered forfeited sessions and are non-refundable.

  3. Pausing & restarting. If you need to pause a multi-session program, you may restart your remaining sessions within 12 months of purchase at no additional cost (subject to availability). After 12 months, unused sessions expire.

  4. Transfers. If you can’t continue your program, you may transfer the remainder to another person at no extra charge. The recipient will be required to agree to our Refund Policy.

  5. Flexibility. We know life gets messy. If you communicate with us promptly, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. We just ask for enough heads-up to respect everyone’s time and ensure openings for others who need our help.

  6. Abandonment. If you stop attending sessions or responding to communication without notice, your program or services will be considered inactive after 30 days and abandoned after 90 days of no-contact. Once it is marked as abandoned, all payments made remain non-refundable, and any remaining sessions or services are forfeited.

    You may avoid abandonment by simply letting us know that you need to pause. When you communicate with us, you’ll have up to 12 months from your original purchase date to restart your remaining sessions or services at no extra cost (see Pausing or Restarting above).

  7. Acknowledgement. By booking and paying for any program or service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, along with our Refund Policy.
